What to Expect
❋ Physical Benefits: Deep cellular detoxification through heat therapy. The intense sweating eliminates heavy metals, metabolic toxins, and chronic inflammation, while significantly improving blood circulation, boosting the immune system, and revitalizing skin health.❋ Mental Benefits: Complete reduction of chronic stress and anxiety. Stepping out of daily hyper-connectivity allows you to quiet cognitive noise, creating space for absolute mental clarity, sharp focus, creative emergence, and profound insights.❋ Restoration of Personal Sovereignty: A completely safe, held container to process and release stagnant emotional baggage, unhealed trauma, and old behavioral patterns. Entering the pitch-black, warm womb of Mother Earth triggers a profound sensory return to our origins, unlocking unconditional self-love and instilling deep peace with your personal history.❋ The Medicine of Deep Listening: Cultivating the capacity to slow down to the frequency of nature, opening lines of relational communication with the self, the community, and the invisible web of life.
Through the sacred fire, water, and ancestral prayers, you will strip away societal armor to emerge with an aligned purpose, clear vision, and a direct, unmediated relationship to the sacred you.
Our Daily Temazcal Journey Over the course of the seven days, we will enter the sacred lodge every single evening, experiencing a total of 7 ceremonies: 5 Purification Temazcals and 2 Four Tobacco Temazcals: aligned with the sacred altars, principles, and lineages of the Sacred Fire of Itzachilatlan (FSI).
The Sacred Waters
❋ Temazcal: Derived from the ancient Nahuatl word meaning "Steam Temple," a Temazcal is an ancestral sweat lodge built in a round shape to symbolize the sacred womb of Mother Earth.Inside this dark, held structure, volcanic stones—affectionately called the grandmothers—are heated in an open fire and brought to the center altar.
Water infused with aromatic medicinal plants is poured over the glowing rocks, rising as a healing vapor.
Far more than a therapeutic steam bath, it is a holy ceremony of purification, deep prayer, and rebirth, beautifully structured around four sequential ritual doors.
❋ Four Tobacco Temazcal: One of the deepest and most ancient healing ceremonies within the FSI tradition, considered a sacred altar that acts directly upon the "origin" of life by bringing sacred master plants into the symbolic womb of the Earth.Taking place in absolute darkness to provide spiritual support for deep emotional and mental realignment, this meticulously structured ritual is organized around 4 specific tobacco cycles.
Within global our Planet Water events, this altar serves as a profound tool for individual and collective strengthening, to reactivate ancestral memory while honoring the absolute and vital role of water in sustaining life.
The Seven-Door Master Ritual ArcMornings and Afternoons: Completely free for integration, deep listening to nature, walking along deserted beaches, swimming where the river meets the sea, and resting.
Late Afternoons and Evenings: Dedicated entirely to the intense, transformative, and healing waters of the Temazcal ceremonies.
Each night, our work inside the lodge maps directly onto a specific direction and intention, to take you on a complete journey through the Waters of Life:
